How to ask us to delete your data

Send us a message from the phone number you use on Relifish, or email us from any address and include that phone number:

We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number, so that nobody else can delete your account.

What we delete

  • Your account: phone number, name, email and preferences.
  • Your saved addresses and location.
  • Your cart, notification and WhatsApp settings, and the messages we sent you.
  • If you sell on Relifish: your shop profile, listings and photos.

What we may keep

Records of paid orders and payments that the law requires us to keep (for example for tax and accounting), with your personal details removed where we can. Payment details are held by our payment partner Razorpay, not by us.

When it's done

We'll confirm by email or WhatsApp once your data has been deleted. See our Privacy policy for more on how we handle your data.
